Dear Streaks Nation-

Our first official meet is tomorrow!!! We swim Hammond Hills located at 555 Glenforest Rd 30328. If you ordered suits through Denise, they are in and she will have them at practice tomorrow!  Please read the info below so you know what to expect:

1) The meet starts at 5:30 so please have your swimmer there by 4:15 so they can be marked and ready for warm-ups around 4:45 (remember traffic can be backed up along Hammond so plan for that). Please remind your swimmers that we are visitors-stay in your bullpen and pick up your trash when leaving.

2) Volunteers: if you are one of my bullpen volunteers please arrive at 4:00 so you will be ready to mark swimmers as they arrive. Other first shift volunteers need to check in by about 4:45. I still need volunteers in 6u boys bullpen and 7/8 girls bullpen as well as a runner/recorder if anyone is available and has not signed up to work at any meets.

3) We will do everything in our power to get this meet in. No matter what it looks like at 4:00 please keep coming. If the weather turns bad we will send everyone to their cars to be safe (bring something to read/color/play!) but we will wait to see if the storm passes and we can restart the meet. If we have to cancel in the end we will send an email out through this site to let you know.

4) If we are able to get the meet in and done by a reasonable time, our old post-meet haunt is back open: Breusters!!!!! I believe Denise was able to get some coupons so we can head over for a celebration treat after we are done.

As with every meet, please remember to bring your Streaks team spirit and a big dose of patience.
