Good evening!

Well, we are two days away from our practice meet... hopefully!  I realize the weather does not look promising, but we are simply going to hope for the best at this point.  Until you hear from Coach Will that the meet is canceled, assume it is STILL ON!  

Here are a few notes for the week.

**  Picture Day is Wednesday.  Photographer will set up at 4:00 and plans to start individuals at 4:15.  Forms will be available upon arrival.  Plan is to take team picture at 5:15 to allow for middle school kids to arrive.  We will start the practice meet immediately after group photo - approximately 5:30.

**  The practice meet runs rather fast, so hopefully do not plan for a really late evening.  There will not be any relays, but plan for your child to swim in different individual events.  This is a way for your child to get used to a swim meet, as well as for the coaches to see which child does best at which event.  

**  If the practice meet is rained out - it will NOT be rescheduled.  We simply do not have the time in our schedule to make this happen, with Memorial weekend.  

**  If you are a volunteer for the meet, please arrive by 5 pm in order to prepare for your position.  This is slightly different than a regular meet, so you should not have to arrive any earlier than this for THIS MEET ONLY.  

**  I still have quite a few swim suits that have not been picked up.  I will have them with me tomorrow at practice, as well as at the practice meet on Wednesday.  If you prefer another way to pick it up, please feel free to reach out to me.  

**  We will continue to hand out the team t-shirts throughout this week.  Please look for either myself or Natalie Holloway, who has graciously helped us this year with the t-shirts.  We also still have a few women's tanks left for sale at $15.

**  I also still have about 12 families who have not yet paid us.  Please make sure to bring that check to the practice meet, so I can close out the registrations ASAP.  Checks should be made out to Riverside Swim Team.
