I am beyond impressed with how smoothly everything went tonight. A special thanks to all the volunteers and timers for all your help and making things happen. The swimmers performed great tonight and I cant wait to see the improvement throughout the season. This is just the beginning and we are already killing it!! I wanted to give everyone a heads up that all of the meets are opened on swimtopia, please go ahead and "declare" your swimmers for each meet so then you wont have to think about it again. The steps to doing so are as followed

1. Log into swimtopia

2. Click on Schedule and select the meet in which you are declaring for

3. Go to meet entry and hit edit, you then will have a drop down menu for each swimmer and select whether they are attending or not attending

4. Save results

I have to believe if the swimmer isnt declared as attending that they are a no show and I would hate for them not to be able to participate! All meet declarations are due each Friday at 10 pm before each meet, and with our first meet being on Tuesday the 30th that means I need to have a completed roster by this Friday so us coaches can put your swimmers into their events. 

Lastly, we like to have themes for meets and in honor of it being memorial day this wknd, come show out on Tuesday dressed in all red white and blue so we can add more fun photos to the Instagram. See everyone at practice tomorrow- no practice Thursday or Friday this week!
