Happy Monday!  Please forgive the length of this email - lots of information to cover!  Be sure to read to the end so that you don't miss anything!

* Tomorrow's Meet v. Mountaire Barracudas!  75 Bonnie Lane, 30328 *

1. Arrival Time is 4:45 pm.  Warm ups begin at 5:15 pm.  If you will be arriving late, please notify Coach Katie Hillard ([email protected]).  
2. Concessions are cash only.  They will have a great assortment of food from pizza, hot dogs, pasta salad, etc.
3. The driveway is one way, so please stay to the right when entering the driveway.
4. The parking lot fills up fast, and there is parking on one side of the street only.  Please avoid blocking mailboxes and driveways.  There will be signs letting folks not to park in certain areas and sides of the street.
5. Our bullpen will be on the basketball court, and it will be marked off.
6. They recommend that everyone bring their own camping chair as most of the pool furniture will be stacked away to allow for more space on the pool deck.
7. The Mountaire team has double the number of swimmers that we swam against in each of our first two meets, so be prepared for this meet to run longer.  
8. VOLUNTEERS:  We are still in need of several timers, recorders, and judges for tomorrow's meet.  Many of our families have already fulfilled their volunteer obligations for the season, while many others have not yet had the chance to help.  If you have not volunteered yet, please jump in for tomorrow's meet! 

* The Final 2 Weeks of the Season! *

It is hard to believe that we are down to the final two weeks of the season!  It has gone quickly, but we still have quite a few events to cover in a short amount of time!  Please see below and mark your calendars.

1. This week: Meet tomorrow and normal schedule for the rest of the week.

2. REMINDER: Wednesday is the deadline to sign up for the ASA Championships meet.  Please email Coach Katie if your child would like to participate.  

3. Next Monday - June 20th: Coach Katie's last day!  We will celebrate with popsicles at the end of practice.  We will miss her, but we are so excited that she can attend her friend's wedding in Greece!  And, we wish her well on her own wedding next June!  

4. Tuesday, June 21st: Home Meet v. Hammond Hills

5. Monday, June 27th: Home Meet v. Brittany Club

6. Tuesday, June 28th: Swim Team Party from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.  Join your coaches, teammates and their families for a fun filled evening of swimming, ice cream, and awards.  BYOP - Bring Your Own Picnic.  We will provide the ice cream.  The ice cream truck will be there from 6:30 pm until 7:00 pm.  The Awards Ceremony will take place at 7:00 pm.
