Please mark your calendars for next Tuesday, May 24th.  Individual pictures will begin at 4:00 pm, and the team photo will be taken at 5:00 pm.  We will have a brief parent meeting during the team photo at 5:00 pm.  We will discuss volunteer roles and responsibilities and talk through expectations for the season.  Please plan to attend.  All volunteer slots for the season will open for sign up following the meeting.

In the meantime, we need your help!  Sydney D'Arcy has graciously volunteered to serve as Concessions Chair for the home meet this season, but we are in need of a co-chair.  Please let us know if you can help - it is very important that we find a co-chair as soon as possible.  

Meet declarations are open for all of our meets.  Please go to streaks.swimtopia.com.  Click on swim meets, and you will then see a green box labeled Meet Entry for each meet.  Please go in and declare the swim meet status (attending or not attending) for every meet.  **IMPORTANT - IF YOUR CHILD PLANS TO SWIM IN THE FIRST MEET ON 5/31, YOU MUST DECLARE THEM AS ATTENDING BY NEXT WEDNESDAY, MAY 25TH.  THE COACHES BUILD THE MEET LINE UP BASED ON THESE DECLARATIONS, AND YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED FOR RACES IF YOU DO NOT DECLARE HIM/HER.**
