Happy 2020 Streaks Nation,

We have lots of exciting things to share with you!  First and foremost, we would like to welcome our new head coach, Coach Hillard ((Katie) to our team.  Coach Hillard has written a little bio on herself that we wanted to share with you.

Swimming has been a huge part of my life from a very early age. I started swimming competitively at the age of 4 on my summer league team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. From there I moved on to participating in high school and club swimming which lead to me receiving a swimming scholarship to Georgia Southern University. I have been an elementary teacher here in Georgia for 10 years, and I currently teach 5th grade at Heards Ferry Elementary. I started my coaching career in 2009, where I was the head coach for the St. Francis High School Swim Team from 2009-2018. I have worked with swimmers of all age ranges and ability levels. Swimming and teaching are passions of mine and I love to share them with others. I believe that swimming should be fun and through dedication and team work anyone can be successful! I am looking forward to a great summer season with the Streaks! 

Katie Hilllard

We are thrilled have Coach Hillard lead our assistant coaches and team into a fantastic 2020 season!  We are happy to say that all of our assistant coaches will be returning as well!

Please mark your calendars on March 8th from  2:30pm - 4:30pm at the North Harbor Clubhouse for a Streaks ice cream social.  Come out and meet Coach Hillard, say hi to our returning assistant coaches, Coach Anna, Coach Trevor, Coach Cale, Coach Erin and Coach Katie and have your swimmer try on our NEW team swimsuit.  Trey with Swim Atlanta will be there with a variety of suit sizes, goggles, bags and other swimmer swag.  

We want to announce Cara Kuehn as the new North Harbor Streaks coordinator!  Cara, thank you very much for stepping up to take on this fun role!!! We are still trying to nail down the Riverside coordinator position.  Anyone that may be interested, please please reach out to Kirsten Martter (404) 372-5079.  

Streaks registration will open March 1st!
