Streaks Families,

It's hard to believe how fast these last eight weeks have flown by. With our season officially coming to an end after the Saturday Championship finals, I wanted to say congratulations to our four finalists: Sydney Sprayberry, Beck Smith, Abby Allen, and Owen Peretz. It is a huge accomplishment to make it to the finals. 

I also wanted to say thank you to everyone for an incredible last six years of coaching this team. There are few things that I have been more proud to say than "I am the coach of the Riverside/North Harbor Streaks." Growing up swimming for this team, I would count down the days to summer and our first meet. That didn't change these last few summers as I would count down the days to when I would be back home and coaching the team that I love. Time flies when you are having fun, and boy have these last 18 summers flown by. 

There were lots of fun moments coaching for this neighborhood but I am most thankful for the relationships which have been formed through this. I am so thankful to have met all of you and your kids. You all have a place in my heart. When I think back on my summers, there is no place I will think of more fondly than 6450 Riverside Drive.

If you are ever looking for a year round swim team or have any swimming related questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will be around and I look forward to running into many of you this summer and in the future. I cannot wait to see the success and fun culture of this team for years to come. 

Have a safe Fourth of July and a great rest of your summer. I am sure I will see many of you at the pool or at meets I will try to make it to next summer. But until then, all I can say is thank you. You have given me the greatest memories of my life.
