Hello Streaks Families!

I am so excited to be home for another fun summer of Riverside Swimming. With practice starting tomorrow I just wanted to send a few reminders:

1. Practices until Memorial Day are Monday-Thursday. 6 and Under practice is from 4-4:30. 7-8 age group will be from 4:30-5:30. All 9 and older age groups will be from 5:30-6:30. Expect every practice to finish a few minutes early tomorrow so we can answer any questions.
2. Apparently it has been pretty cold here lately. The water will be pretty cold to say the least. For age groups 7 and older we may spend some time out of the water doing dry-land workouts. 
3. If there is a conflict with the time of your age groups practice, please contact me and we can get them in during another practice.

This first week of practice we will mainly be working on stroke mechanics for all ages. If you have any questions at all or are new to the team, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I look forward to seeing everyone and meeting some of our new families this week.
